- Meta Platforms Inc. — Meta Pixel (marketing on Facebook and Instagram)
We have entered into data processing agreements with all relevant suppliers, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers to third countries (e.g. the United States).
We may also disclose data to public authorities where we are legally obliged to do so.
5. Retention and Deletion
- Booking information: Up to 5 years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act
- Guest correspondence: Up to 2 years after the end of the contact
- Newsletter subscriptions: Until you unsubscribe – your data will be deleted within 30 days
- Accounting records: 5 years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act
